"Selina Kyle, right?" one of the grooms says to her. It should seem strange for someone making that small of a smile to look so happy, but he looks positively blitzed at the thought of getting married. "Jason's told me so much about you."
"Oh?" she says. "Good things, I hope." She realizes that she has no clue how much Jason had let any of these people know about what they do for a living.
"Mainly that he works the night shift with you," Tim says, which…could mean that he knows or that he has no idea. Right. Someone calls him from across the room, and he says, "it's nice to see that Jason's found somebody to settle down with" and disappears into the crowd before she can even choke on the wine she'd just sipped.
